At Rama Watch Company, every order is carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.
Delivery Timelines
We work with trusted logistics partners to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Most shipments are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination, courier network, and local service availability.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are applicable.
From time to time, Rama Watch Company may offer complimentary shipping on select orders, promotional campaigns, or minimum purchase values.
Exchange & Replacement Policy
We deal exclusively in genuine and quality-checked products. Every watch is thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch. As a result, all purchases made through Rama Watch Company are covered under a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.
However, replacement requests may be considered in the following situations:
- Manufacturing defects
- Product received in damaged condition due to transit
- Non-functional movement or mechanism upon delivery
- Product received broken or defective
- Incorrect product delivered
Please note that personal preferences, minor variations in finish, color perception differences due to screen settings, or issues arising from normal wear and use do not qualify as defects.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To facilitate a transparent and fair claim process, customers must record a complete unboxing video while opening the parcel.
The video should clearly capture:
- The sealed outer package from all sides
- The opening of the package in a single continuous recording
- The product received
- Any visible defect or damage
- The shipping label and order details
Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
Reporting Timeline
Any issue related to damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or transit-related concerns must be reported as soon as received.
Requests received after the 24-hour reporting window may not be accepted.
Replacement Procedure
Upon approval of a replacement request:
- Our team will provide instructions regarding pickup or return shipment.
- The product must be unused and returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, warranty cards, and documentation.
- Once the returned product has been inspected and the reported issue has been verified, a replacement will be arranged.
- In cases where the same model is unavailable, store credit or a suitable alternative product may be offered at our discretion.
Refunds are not available under this policy.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Replacement
Except in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects supported by the required unboxing video, the following categories are not eligible for exchange:
- Customized or specially ordered products
- Watches that have been resized, altered, or modified upon customer request
- Products purchased under clearance, sale, or promotional offers
- Consumable accessories, straps, or similar wear-and-tear components unless covered by the manufacturer's warranty
