Warranty Policy

All watches sold by Rama Watch Company are covered under the official manufacturer’s warranty, as provided by the respective brand.

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and is valid only when accompanied by the original, duly stamped warranty card along with the purchase invoice. For certain brands, warranty registration may also be required online and must be completed by the retailer and/or the customer as applicable.

The warranty typically covers manufacturing defects related to the internal mechanism (movement) of the watch. Components subject to regular wear and tear, such as straps, bracelets, glass, or external finishes, are generally not covered under warranty unless specified otherwise by the brand.

Any damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or impact (such as dropping the watch or striking it against a surface), leading to issues like inaccurate timekeeping, will not be considered under warranty.
